Orders placed by the 17th of the month to receive that months mail. Orders after the 17 will receive the next month’s mail which will be shipped by the end of the following month.
Subscribe: Sign up by the 17th to receive that month’s themed snail mail.
Shipping: Envelopes are mailed in batches throughout the month, but all orders go out by the last day of the month. Delivery usually 2–5 business days (sometimes a little longer).
Billing: You’ll be charged monthly on the same day you subscribe. Squarespace will automatically process your subscription each month.
Account Management & Cancellation: You’ll create an account when you purchase. From your account, you can update your address, manage your subscription, or cancel anytime.

A: Yes! You can start or cancel your subscription at any time.
Q: Is shipping included, and can I track my envelope?
A: All subscriptions include free worldwide shipping. Since this is snail mail, tracking is not provided, but rest assured your art will arrive in your mailbox!
Q: How do I update my shipping address?
A: Log in to your account, go to Account > Orders > Manage Subscription, and update your address before the next billing cycle.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Log in, go to Account > Orders > Subscriptions , find Field Notes & Nature Finds Snail Mail Club in your list of subscriptions, select Cancel Subscription, and confirm by selecting Cancel Subscription again. Your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Q: Can I gift this subscription to someone else?
A: Absolutely! Snail Mail Club subscriptions make a perfect gift for art lovers, friends, or family. You can subscribe on their behalf and bring a little joy to their mailbox every month.
Q: Are these items limited edition?
