BFK paper, archival glue, hand cut collage

Drawing is created on a copper plate. The copper plate in placed into a ferric acid bath. Image is engraved into copper plate. Copper plate is inked up with hand mixed colors, paper is placed onto of copper plate than ran through large printing press. From there prints are hand cut and layered on top. This print is actually 3 dimensional. Hand cut elements pop off the page, giving the piece exploration and dimension.
